Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

POWER TEAMS

- Build a deeper relationship with God through prayer.
- Lift your concerns to the Lord through prayer and intercession.
- Increase the spiritual effectiveness of the church through prayer.
PRAYER OPPORTUNITIES
Morning Prayer Groups
A Wednesday morning group meets each week at 6:00 to pray for individuals, church ministries, and our Sunday services.
Prayer Volunteers
Prayer Volunteers are available during the invitation portion of the service to pray with you individually.
Gap
Gap members “stand in the gap” by praying individually for the needs of our youth and children’s ministries.
Leader Lifters
Individuals on this team pray daily for a specific church leader and offer encouragement to our leaders.
Seasonal Prayer Time
One evening each quarter all are invited to a special prayer service for the upcoming ministry season and church events.
OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE
At Blue Ridge, we believe that all members of the Body of Christ are gifted by the Holy Spirit to serve within the church and in outreach to the world. By serving in ministry, God’s power is demonstrated within the church and to the world.
Prayer volunteer opportunities include joining the Leader Lifters, Gap, or Prayer Counselor group.
