- Communicating the gospel of Jesus Christ in an effective way.
- Challenging people to dedicate their lives to Christ and holy living.
- Connecting the people of God with His Son Jesus through the person of the Holy Spirit.
WORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Worship Music
Our praise team and praise band use contemporary music to lead the congregation in worship. A praise choir assists with worship on special occasions.
Audio-Visual
The Audio-Visual team provides sound, visual, and lighting effects to enhance worship services.
Communion
Each Sunday we partake of the Lord’s Supper at the close of the message. Those who would like to help serve as an usher or communion server may contact the church office.
Drama
Special dramatic programs and skits are presented at different times throughout the year. Those with performing arts experience are always needed to assist with the program.
OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE
At Blue Ridge, we believe that all members of the Body of Christ are gifted by the Holy Spirit to serve within the church and in outreach to the world. By serving in ministry, God’s power is demonstrated within the church and to the world.
Worship volunteer opportunities include auditioning for the Praise Team, and serving as an Usher and Communion Server.
